at St. John's

Be a part of our ministry and express your gratitude for God's abundance by sharing your energy and creativity, your time and concern, your words and financial resources.   Our combined giving helps us to make real our prayer that God's "will be done here on earth as it is in heaven."   Put another way, our combined giving helps us live out our mission statement to Feed People:  Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Donations should be directed to:

• Make out checks payable to St. John's Lutheran Church.

In addition to giving to our general budget, you can make contributions to specific ministries of the church such as the Whitehall Food Pantry and to specific funds such as our Building Maintenance Fund.

Here are several ways you can contribute to St. John's:

ACH from Your Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card – Ask you bank how to use its system for online banking and electronic transfers using ACH, (Automated Clearing House).

Online – Click on the Donate On-Line button, follow the directions and use your credit/debit card or checking/savings account to make a contribution to St. John's.  You will have the option to cover the processing fees charged to the church by credit card companies.

At Church on Sundays – You can put cash or checks into our offering basket by the choir pews as you come into the sanctuary from the hallway between Fritze Hall and the sanctuary.  A basket by the baptismal font just as you come into the sanctuary from the front doors is also available.  Offering envelopes are in the pew racks and church members have the option of receiving and using a packet of envelopes dated for each Sunday of the year.
